Safe and respectful cutting-edge psychiatric care
The 2016-2020 Strategic Plan is the result of a reflection shared across the organization. Its strategic orientations allow us to realize the vision the facility has for itself—namely, being recognized within the network as a national leader in forensic psychiatry.
In connection with previous strategic planning exercises, the Institut is carrying out the hospital’s subspecialty forensic psychiatry mission by providing expertise and treatment services for a clientele that requires specialized care and security measures that cannot be administered at other establishments.
In a context where the healthcare network is undergoing significant changes and where needs continue to grow, it is imperative that we give ourselves a common vision and exhibit mobilizing leadership.
